Joining Indiafest As A Vendor

Dear Vendor,

Indiafest, is an incredible multi-day festival where one can learn about India’s culture and enjoy a variety of both classical and modern entertainment, and food which exemplifies the diversity of India.

We are continually working to include new and exciting arts, crafts and handicraft vendors at Indiafest, in an effort to continue to delight our audiences.

With an annual, multicultural, audience in the tens of thousands, all eager to enjoy the festive atmosphere, Indiafest is the ideal venue for vendors to showcase and sell Indian food, clothing, jewellery, handicrafts and other Indian artistic displays and services that can prove beneficial to their businesses or organizations.

If you would like to participate in Indiafest as a food vendor, or to showcase your product or service, please contact us to participate.

We will then send you a vendor package which includes Indiafest marketing information, terms of reference for participating, insurance request forms, and an application form.

Please note that there is only limited space and space will be provided on a first come first serve basis. We hope to see you at the Indiafest!
